The goal of the Cardiovascular Disease Prevention program is to improve the cardiovascular health and quality of life for Hamilton county residents. This is accomplished through educational and awareness activities, referral of high risk individuals/early identification of heart disease (hypertension, heart attack, strokes) and prevention of recurrent cardiovascular events.
