Hypertension Control Project

The goal of this program is to improve the cardiovascular health and quality of life for Hamilton county residents.  This is accomplished through educational/awareness activities, screening and referral of high risk individuals/early identification of heart disease (hypertension, heart attack, strokes) and prevention of recurrent cardiovascular events.
