Employee Wellness Program

The Hamilton County Employee Wellness Program is provided through the Health Department to assist Hamilton County government employees in modifying lifestyle habits to enhance their health and well-being.  A variety of ongoing health and health related activities are available through the program including Health Screenings (Health Risk Appraisals, Blood Pressure), Seminars, and Health and Fitness Challenges (weight management, exercise and nutrition).  A Wellness Center, equipped with aerobic equipment, free weights and weight machines, is available for employees/families for a minimal fee and is staffed by Exercise Specialists.  Circuit Classes is offered 4 days per week. Class times are:  11:45 AM - 12:30 PM and 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM and 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM. The Center is located at 123 East Seventh Street.  Hours of operation are:  Monday – Friday 6:30 – 8:30 AM, 11:00 – 2:00 PM and 3:30 – 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM on Friday.  For questions or more information, please call 209-6177.
