TENNderCARE is a full program of check ups and health care services for children ages birth to twenty one who have TennCare.  Hamilton County’s EPSDT (Early, Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment) Outreach Program is staffed by a supervisor, health educators, and part-time lay outreach workers.  Home visits to children who are delinquent in receiving their EPSDT check-ups are provided by the lay workers.

Good health begins at birth, so Check In, Check Up and Check Back.
