Clinical Services provides a multitude of health services for thousands of residents each year. Programs range from traditional preventive health services such as immunizations, maternal - child health care and communicable disease control, to specific assistance programs such as WIC, a supplemental food program, to more expanded medical services such as primary care for children and adults, and dental services.

One of the more unique services offered is our Homeless Health Clinic, which is located adjacent to Community Kitchen at 717 E. 11th Street.

Chattanooga’s homeless population is provided with diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses; routine physical exams; issuance of medications; mental health and substance abuse evaluation and treatment; assistance with entitlement programs and housing placement; and transportation to and from the clinic.  Each year approximately 10,000 visits are made to this clinic.
