Primary Care Services
provide sick care for those with illness-related symptoms who may need
exams, tests, and treatment, as well as for those seeking wellness and
preventive care. Services
provided include the following for family members of all ages:
Fees: Fees are charged for all primary care services, however services may be discounted based upon your family size and income (sliding scale fee). Services are
