Quality Management Program

The Quality Management program works with the clinics to assure that we are offering quality services at the Health Department. We evaluate these services through chart audits, facility reviews and a year-round laboratory-testing program. If a problem is identified, we assist the clinic in finding a solution to correct the problem. Part of our job is to assure that we are meeting all the requirements of the various programs and state/federal regulations, such as the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments.
