Bingocize® is a free, evidence-based, interactive program that combines the excitement of traditional bingo with fun, easy-to-follow exercises and health education. Designed to promote movement, learning, and social connection, Bingocize® helps improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall wellness—all in a fun and supportive group setting. No special equipment is needed; everything is provided. Just bring yourself and be ready to have fun!

Falls Prevention Workshop

This non-consecutive, two-day-a-week, 10-week workshop focuses on reducing fall risk while keeping participants engaged and active through Bingo-based exercise.

In addition to improving strength, balance, and flexibility, participants (“Bingocizers”) will learn practical fall prevention strategies, including:

  • How to talk to their healthcare provider about fall risks
  • Simple changes to make their home safer, such as reducing clutter
  • Lifestyle adjustments to improve balance, including physical activity and nutrition
  • Safe and effective ways to exercise from the comfort of home

Nutrition Workshop

The Bingocize® Nutrition Education workshop was developed by experts at the University of Nevada, Reno and is aligned with the SNAP-Ed framework. This 10-week workshop combines Bingo, exercise, and nutrition education through activities and questions focused on healthy eating.

Universal Wellness Workshop

The Bingocize® Universal Wellness Workshop is designed for people of all ages, including individuals with cognitive disabilities and varying ability levels. This 6-week workshop combines Bingo, exercise, and wellness education in an inclusive and adaptable format.

“Bingocizers” will also learn about five key areas of health and wellness:
