The 3rd Street campus is our primary health center in the heart of Chattanooga. Built in 1960 and expanded in the 1980's, the health center is located next to Erlanger Hospital with whom it shares a parking garage. Just to the southeast is the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. The address is 921 East 3rd Street, Chattanooga TN 37403.

Pediatric Area Hours:

Monday- Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 9am-4pm

• Childhood immunizations

• Examination for Pediculosis (head lice)

• Lead Testing

• Newborn genetic screenings (PKU, Sickle Cell Anemia, Thalassemia, Hypothyroidism)

• WIC

Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 9am-4pm

  • Breast and cervical cancer screening program
  • Emergency contraception
  • Family planning
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Prenatal care - basic only 
  • Presumptive TennCare for pregnancy
  • Routine adult immunizations (MMR, TD/TdaP, HPV, HBV)
