Residential swimming pools and spas are not regulated by the Environmental Health.

Applying for a Pool Permit
Environmental Health is responsible for reviewing and approving plans for new and remodeled public swimming pools and spas.
Physical and/or digital plans must be submitted for review and approval. Please allow up to 14 business days for the review process.

There are no fees for plan review. Permit fees are due before final permitting. Annual pool permit fees are $340/year and begin on April 1 of the year.
